LUAU MENU

We have served our luau menu to thousands of people from all over the world.  They  have always been more than satisfied not only with the flavor but with the aloha spirit displayed by  ourselves and our staff.

Our luau menu is as follows:

Traditional Style Kalua Pork: Pork prepared the traditional style in the underground imu.

Teriyaki Beef: Beef that has been marinated in our own Teriyaki sauce and then flame broiled over kiawe coals.

Chicken Long Rice: Chicken done with Japanese bean thread in a flavorful chicken broth and topped with snipped green onions.

Coconut Mahimahi: Locally caught Mahimahi baked in our own secret coconut sauce.

Moloka'i Sweet Potato: The not only delicious but also beautiful purple Moloka'i sweet potato.

Lomilomi Salmon: Salted salmon diced and tossed with tomatoes and Maui onions.

Macaroni Potato Salad:  This salad has truly become a local favorite at luaus.  A green salad may be substituted.

Tropical Fruit Salad: An assortment of seasonal tropical fruit.

Poi: The staple of the Hawaiian diet.

Rice: Steamed and sticky white rice.

This menu is $34.95 per person. 15 person minimum order

20% gratuity is added to the total bill.
