Island Volcano Tour
2 Hour & 15 Minute Flight
Explore the world's most active volcano area and see both Maui and
the Big Island in the same trip. Departs from Kapalua West Maui
Airport.
Following departure from Kapalua Airport,
you fly along the south shore of Maui past Haleakala (or weather
permitting, we'll fly over Haleakala!) and then cross the Alenuihaha
Channel to the northern tip of the Big Island. You fly over the
Parker Ranch, view the world class observatories at the top of Mauna
Kea and fly over Kilauea and proceed to the active volcano area.
Leaving the active area, you fly over Hilo and Akaka Falls and follow
the Hamakua Coast of the north shore. You then see the spectacular
Kohala cliffs and waterfalls, cross the channel again, fly over
Heavenly Hana and follow the north shore of Maui back to your point
of origin. Actual flight times and routing may vary. Departs several
times daily from West Maui Kapalua Airport (just minutes from most
West Maui resorts). Volcano activity and weather is variable making
each tour a unique adventure. No SCUBA diving 24 hours prior to
flying.

Sunset Volcano Tour

with the bonus of a beautiful Hawaiian sunset. Departs from Kahului
International Airport.
Following your departure from Kahului International
Airport, you fly along the north shore of Maui to Heavenly Hana
and then cross the Alenuihaha Channel to the north shore of the
Big Island. You see spectacular Kohala cliffs and waterfalls, and
then follow the Hamakua Coast to Akaka Falls and on to Hilo. Then
you proceed to the active volcano area viewing areas that are accessible
only by air. You return toward Maui through the saddle between Mauna
Loa and Mauna Kea, fly over the Parker Ranch, cross the channel
again, follow the south shore of Maui and watch a romantic Hawaiian
sunset from the sky. You explore over 300 miles before landing at
Kahului Airport. Volcano activity and weather is variable making
